Staff were not friendly and not willing to help, except one person who finally changed our room which I can’t remember his name. Room we had the sink in bathroom wasn’t working and had issues with water sink. Area around the hotel was so dirty and to noisy, Not recommender for some families who wants go there especially with kids.

Everything we’re good except the outlook of the building is old. However, the room looks total different. The quality of the coffee and the toiletries were out of expectations. However, no body lotion was provided.

Would we stay again - Yes. Bathroom was very cold, windows need to be double glaze and TV needs tuning or replacing. You get 2 coffee pods, bot a full box. Other than this, did the job a treat. Thanks. 25 mins to Centraal via bud and same to airport, both on doorstep..

This hotel is a very good place for a quick stay in Amsterdam. It very clean and tidy, staff is really nice and you have a very good connection to city centre and airport. Must recommend.
