its nice place and nice reception staff but i face a problem with them with my credit card and they returned the money back without i'm say any thing but i lose in between the difference of the currency! overall i stayed only one night there .

Good local hotel in nice location
This hotel has very friendly, helpful staff. It is in a good location, just outside the central area of Amsterdam. It overlooks a park, in a nice neighbourhood. My room was small (which I expected) but was clean and had everything needed. It is close to tram stops & easy to get everywhere. This hotel is small, friendly, local & reasonably priced - if that is what you want, then there is nothing to improve.

Short but sweet
Our stay was short but great. We were only passing through Amsterdam for an overnight layover, unfortunately, as the neighborhood De Pijp was darling. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with restaurant and other neighborhood recommendations. The rooms are quite small, but I'm always of the opinion that you're traveling to see a place, not the hotel room. Plus, the bed was extremely comfortable, especially after our long travel. The 9 euro breakfast is definitely worth it - fresh bread, local honeys and jams, waffles, eggs, - it had everything and was a delicious start to our day. Overall, I hope to re-visit Amsterdam so I can actually see the city and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, but not good amenities
Tub was super small, couldn't use it and almost slipped a times. Pillowcase was dirty first night, was too tired to complain but they were changed the next day. Is close to public transit and can easily walk to attractions within 10-20 min.

Stayed here over the weekend with my 2 mates. Room was lovely and spacious and very clean. Most props go to Mia and Cian downstairs they looked after us very very well and gave us all the info we needed!

Great Place
Great place overall. Nice staff that were willing to help us figure things out. Room was comfortable and reasonable for the price. Bath was a tad awkward but was not a big deal. Good location for walking to restaurants and nightlife.

Decent location, too much noise.
Checked in, staff were friendly and helpful process was quick and painless. Room was clean and comfortable and had good connection to wifi. Window did not shut correctly which led to lots of traffic noise seeping in and keeping me up. Only negative experiences at the hotel was when other occupants were inconsiderate and screaming and shouting all throughout the night. A group of people were literally drunkenly wrestling each other in the room above which kept me up for hours on end. Did not hear or see staff speaking to anyone about noise at all. Overall good hotel ruined by other occupants which was not dealt with by staff.

Very Nice Hotel, would stay again.
Excellent hotel, we arrived around 3pm, we received a very friendly reception. We were directed to our room, which we were told was the 'new' part of the hotel, and I must say, it was utterly fantastic. Brand new decor, fancy bathroom lighting, brilliant shower and bathroom facilities. All across from a large park. Brilliant, easy to get to via tram, would recommend and would stay again. My only negative, the mattress was not to my liking, but the bed was lovely. A solid 4.5/5.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, wifi good. It is a little bit of a walk to the tram, which can be troublesome with big bags. Shower door was missing so water everywhere on the floor after every shower.

very poor hotel
The bathroom stank of sewage,there was a lot of rust on the metal parts of the shower,the bed sheets were stained,the beds were not very comfortable either.The curtains were also not thick enough so there was a lot of light coming through at night.The staff was okay but i didnt enjoy my stay.
