We stayed here as 3 couples, we had 3 small double rooms, they were snug but very comfortable, clean and warm. It was within walk of all the local attractions. Easy to check in and out, they also have a room to store luggage. Overall great value for money

Perfectly placed city hotel
Perfectly placed to explore the city centre without public transport. 5 minute walk from Dam Square and plenty of shops on the street. Although it’s in a busy area there was no noise at night. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was a bonus and saved us time and money in the mornings. Would definitely visit again.

***BEWARE BED BUGS DAMAGE TO HEALTH*** The most awful hotel. If could give less than 1 start definitely would. In short: - stayed at the hotel December 2024 - ridden with bed bugs - facilities outdated, dirty, needs major maintenance - no sound isolation, can hear everything outside the hotel and in hotel lobby as if it’s happening in the room - bed bugs caused severe damage to health, hotel refused to fully refund and apologise to injured party even when provided physical proof of bed bugs and pictures of bed bugs/ injuries caused by them. This has happened before in the hotel. Manager uncontactable, hotel receptionists take the brunt of it all. Had to check out early holiday ruined DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL AS IT IS UNSAFE

Easy and quick checkin, easy to find and in a good location room was nice it did need some upkeep such as the chairs where tired and the hallways carpet had seen better days but really the only negatives I can give the price was good staff good quiet clean room and comfortable bed all round I would stay again

Solo getaway
As accommodation goes in Amsterdam, this is one of the better ones. Location is great. Room is modern, but there are signs of wear & tear. However, its clean and cleaners call daily. There was no 'not today' sign if you didn't want your room cleaned, so if you're not it, it will be done when you come back, whether you wanted it or not. The rooms are small, but functional and theres a safe. Theres complementary Tea/Coffee at reception

It was unexpected good, the personal was really kind and helpful and the free coffee and tee appreciated. The location is amazing just 2 min walking from madam tausau (the wax museum). The room service was very good also. Everyday new towels and toilet paper made sheets and even little details that would have gotten unnoticed. In my room (I think it was 315) there was a little bit of water entering through the window, but it really didn’t bother me personally (so little I even forgot to tell the staff). You can buy tickets and even get coupons for attraction at the lobby which is practical also. The 24/7 front desk is really cool too if you are planning on going out at night.
