Amazing location, just a 2 minute walk away from a very lively area and very close to multiple bus/tram stops. Yet it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and were accessible 24/7. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable with this stay.

The first two nights, I had a very small room for one person. The bed was terrible and I complained to Expedia the communication between Expedia and Krisotel did not reach me at all. But the third night II was moved to a still very small room which had a much better bed. I wish I had stayed in this room 41 all three nights. The staff was excellent.

Very enjoyable stay at Krisotel. Single room was clean and bright with total blackout blind and shower room was well equipped. Free coffee machine and teas available in reception area, would definitely recommend.
