Spa facilities are superb - multiple saunas and steam rooms so no need to queue even when busy. Great, large pool which is both indoor and outdoor, several hot tubs and a fantastic large whirlpool bath. Excellent food in Spa restaurant. Hotel rooms clean and comfortable but lack storage space for longer stays. Hotel is in a nice area next to the Amsterdam Forest but quite a distance from Centrum and around a mile walk to the nearest Metro (although buses nearer). Overall very good and would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was great but the highlight of this hotel is the spa. The spa is huge with every facility you could dream off in a spa. We never found it to be crowded.

Beautiful property!
Room was great! Pillows were not good. They were full of air, which made them very firm. No room service, no ice machines. You have to go to the reception to get ice, but they have to get it from the restaurant. The lines at reception are ALWAYS super long. (Same line to check in for the Spa, as the hotel check in and customer service) overall, amazing property, but lacking in service.

I could not tell what the hotel was trying to be? Was it a hotel? Was it a Spa , was it a Tennis Centre? - How knows!! I wanted to use the Gym in the morning but was informed it was in the spa and that didn't open until 10am. In order for me to use the restaurant i have to be in spa attire , swim suit, rob and slippers. Only vending machine offerings for food , no bar unless in the SPA !!!
