This property had amazing modern rooms that were very spacious and the staff gave us great attention and even decorated our rooms after a concert we went to as an added surprise. I highly recommend this hotel. It is right in Dam square which is a great location.

I would highly recommend Hotel 27 for anyone. Some may think the price is outside of your budget, but the experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity and you should find a way to do it. The staff is unbelievably helpful. They got us last minute reservations at restaurants and the maî·​tre d' even walked us to the restaurants a few blocks away and talked with the restaurant staff to make sure we were well received. The suites are beautiful and very spacious. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive to any of our requests. You are very close to shopping and nice cafes and right in the middle of the city center. Again, I highly recommend this experience!

Outstanding service!
We stayed in Hotel TwentySeven for one night early July in conncetion with the Taylor Swift concert in Amsterdam. I believe we stayed in room 504, a Grand Master Suite. The room was amazing, with so many details (everything from the coffee and tea available, to the toiletries, and the very full mini bar and even a separate wine fridge!). We booket a private transfer from Schiphol, and used them for restaurant bookings - all superb! BUT, the icing on the cake is when we returned from the TS concert, they had put balloons in the room, the full setlist from the concert was playing on the speakers, they had made alcohol free TS-favorite drinks for our two minors, and set the lights to "after party" mode along with an extremely nice handwritten note to "welcome us to the TS afterparty" at our room. We were stunned <3 This is my - by far - favorite city hotel in Europe (and we love our high end hotels), and one that I will continue to return to again and again. Thank you for having us - we will be back <3

Fantastic Hotel
We stayed at Hotel TwentySeven for 3 nights. The hotel is discretely located in Dam Square and unbelievably quiet given it's central location. The room was extremely well appointed and didn't lack for anything. The public areas were lovely and the bar had a great vibe. If you stay do try Bouganville, the meal was amazing and the restaurant must be heading towards it's second Michelin star. Every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. All in all a pretty perfect hotel and hopefully we will visit again in the future.

It was an excellent experience. I booked the hotel for 3 nights on the same day and the staff received it on time and I was able to check-in without any issues. They even accommodated my other request to allow my guest who arrived late to check-in herself as well. Excellent service, good restaurant suggestion and convenient transportation arrangement. While it is not inexpensive, I would say it worths every dollar. Would try the larger suite next time.

We just left our stay at Hotel Twenty Seven a few days ago and I don’t think it’s possible to say enough good things, especially about the service at this hotel. We walked in a bit weary from our flight and from the front desk to help with luggage, everyone made our arrival go smoothly. We felt we had arrived at the home of friends instead of a hotel! We were also given exceptional service in setting up dinner reservations, a top-shelf canal tour, and where to get the best apple pie. If you’re so inclined, do dine at Bougainville. Well worth it! When our room was ready we were escorted by a lovely butler (wow!) to the castle dream suite, which is perfectly named. Spacious, well-appointed with a comfortable living room, two full bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private, huge jacuzzi tub on the second level. Sure we saw photos before booking, but it didn’t do the size and scope justice. This room was really something special. We have stayed at hotels that claim to be 5-star before, but they’re frequently stuffy and off putting. Hotel Twenty Seven got service SO right, I would come back to Amsterdam just for the opportunity to be around the entire friendly group working here. Our only criticism is that we relaxed and slept so well we had to force ourselves to go sightseeing! Thank you for making our first visit to Amsterdam so memorable.

It’s our last night in beautiful Amsterdam and we are so very grateful to have had this amazing experience at hotel twenty seven. Location gets an A. Located right in dam square it’s walking distance to everywhere. Not on canal, but frankly I think this location is more central, easily accessible to train station, etc. Room gets an A . Wow! Attention to detail is superb. I think our room grade was the lowest, but it was still huge, king size bed, huge windows with lots of light, wonderful bed linens, and nice seating area. The little things in the room are what really set this hotel apart from other 5 stars we’ve stayed (including Four Seasons). Bathroom floors are heated, shower has double rainfall that doubles as a steam room (amaaazing). Huge jacuzzi tub, double sinks and separate toilet room with 5star bidet. DYSON hairdryer (now I’m hooked) was a treat. Lighting in the room can be controlled and adjusted to different moods with an App they let you have during the stay. Big closets, the decor is very rich and luxurious, bed and pillows are like a cloud. Had some frustrating issues with the TV streaming, but they quickly fixed and were very apologetic. Service A Everyone from the butler to the housekeeper to the hotel manager were all amazing, super friendly and warm. Everyone just wants you to have a great experience and you can tell they want to work there! Food B I’m not a foodie by any means so take my rating with a grain of salt. We had the bolognese pasta
