The front desk lady was very condescending and not pleasant. Room was sweltering…unable to adjust the temp. Left the windows open and got blasted by plane traffic. Skip breakfast…21 Euros for cold eggs, undercooked bacon and no gluten free options. The only positive was the restaurant service, staff, and food. Excellent!

This was an excellent hotel. Staff were helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The only disappointment was on Expedia it’s advertised as having laundry facilities, but it does not. Nor are there any laundromats nearby. ( only drop off/ pick up laundry, but that isn’t close)

I arrived an hour before checking in time I was ignored they didn’t even acknowledge me or greeted me after I said hello. Then I was given a room with back parking view and I found out there no refrigerator/ mini bar in the room as they claimed in the website
