Fully furnished bright and spacious 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom penthouse apartment with
views over the Prinsengracht and Looiersgracht. In the middle of the famous ‘9 straatjes’ (‘9
streets’). This unique apartment is located on one of the most desired spots in Amsterdam, in the
Western Canal belt on the edge of the famous Jordaan near the Anne Frank house, Rijksmuseum and shopping district. All in walking distance.

One enters in a hall way where a separate toilet and a washing area are situated, passing the
bedroom with bathroom with walk in shower and wash basin, one directly walks in the main area
which consists of a kitchen island, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with all
modern appliances as well as a marble work top. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chair
from where you can overlook the canals and the setting sun.

Well equipped one bedroom apartment in great location.
Apartment was updated and clean. Very close to great shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.. Also with 10 minutes walking distance to several different modes of transportation. About .3 miles from Anne Frank House. Great location to walk the city center.
