Nothing as described, yoy have to check in down the street you need to buy a cup for coffee, no was 6 flights of stairs up room no window no air and smelled like sewer, we left after 1 night i couldnt bear it never again staff was polite and friendly

Property was not as advertised, had terrible air circulation, could not consistently get hot water, had no table or flat surface to rest anything on. Sheets had stains and floor was broken in several places. Staff were friendly but property was horrible

The hotel is located in a great area ! Close to museums and other touristy attractions Hotel is not in best condition but for the price you pay it is worth it. If you are looking for a cheap place where you can sleep it’s perfect. Room is very small Stuff is excellent

There were a lot of poor reviews but I thought it was good value for money. Clean enough, great location next to the Heineken brewery, plus walking distance to the city centre and a few blocks from my favourite drinking area called Leidseplein. Would've been nice to have a kettle to make tea, but i liked it.

Below average hotel
Very average hotel, with many stains in the room carpets and stairwells, mold near the patio door, scary patio, ants in the room, burn marks on some of the outlets, no elevator, no AC. Not cheap either and not a value for the money we spent.

This property is a terrible nightmare! The worst ever for my entire travelling life. Do not book! Stains everywhere, super smelly room. We could not even sleep at the first night and got out of the room right away after dawn.

Really lovely area, short walk to museums and vondelpark, nice walk into city too. Was expecting more in hotel for the price when you pay over £100 a night, entrance to hotel was very dingy in need of a re decoration, beds and bedding had stains on them, hairdryer didn’t work, room was very small but it was warm
