"The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. "This was a terrible experience. I paid for three nights left after one night and moved to a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back. There was no water to take a shower or wash my hands/face in the bathroom. The jaccuzi was dirty with dirt so we couldn’t use that and it made a sound all night. "My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise.
