"The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier. If this can be improved on it would be great."

"This is the first self check in and check out that we have experienced here in Brazil. There was no lobby or a person to greet you so it lacks in personality but it works. The owner of the property was available by phone in case of a problem. The concrete construction is solid and built like a strong comercial building.
