I stayed at the Black Iris for almost one week. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. My room was spacious and clean and included a kettle. Breakfast was good and includes eggs and hot dogs for Protien. The location is great, central and close to the mall, and historical sights are mostly within a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend Black Iris to any traveller.

Very nice hotel. Looks like it was recently built. Room and bathroom super clean. Easy gated parking. The location is also very convenient. Short 5 min walk to restaurants, shops and city attractions. Amazing value for the money.

Staff from this hotel are terrific. Room and hotel brand new with beautiful decoration, rooms are immaculate and ac heating efficient . The restaurant served amazing food for dinner and free breakfast. Just besides is the best mall in town and distance from airport only 20 minutes with no traffic. They offer free visits to best hotels in Dead See with option to use pool and facilities all day. Transportation to any destination dependable and price is arranged before without asking extra tips Attention is great to the point I checked out before breakfast started but they have ready a bag with food for my breakfast… Just exceptional service….

Black Iris exceeds expectations
The Black Iris is located in a central location in Madaba. We had no expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has little curb appeal but inside the hotel was modern and very clean. Our room was a good size with a fridge and large comfortable bed. AC/ heat not an issue. The bathroom was good with a shower that provided plenty of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was off the street in a lot next to the hotel. For the rate charge the Black Iris was a hidden gem.

I have read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and it is true. They only missing two things that I like, coffee maker in the room, instead they have it in basement, and they don’t have swimming pool, but everything else is really good.

We booked fir 1 night, and got a room bigger than the one we expected, in the old building. We loved it and decide to stay another night, when we stayed in the new part. Perfectly clean, good breakfast, great dinner at reasonable price... The nicest staff you can imagine, we loved them! Hipe to be back one day

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and looked nice. Location is great and actual parking lot at the back of hotel is the greatest thing they have. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good as well. Definitely recommend to everyone. Great for the price.
