The property owner helped us bring our luggage in, demonstrated how to access the secure building and guided us to our room. He was very responsive to the few requests we had! Also, this property does not require you to do any *extras* at check out. The location is just a few blocks from Bath House Row, restaurants, nightlife, and the Saturday Farmer's Market. The building is pretty quiet and street parking easily...

"My wife and I, and our youngest son, needed a weekend getaway that wasn’t too far from home. This location was just what we needed! Chris was an excellent host. The space was so clean, comfortable, has a beautiful view, and is so relaxing! The neighbors were so kind and friendly as well! We hope to reserve this place again in the near future! There is so much fun to be had in Hot Springs as well!"

"The location was perfect; quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown, even shorter walk to local restaurants and just a hop to the National Park trails! Everything was clean and well maintained. Hosts are on site, super friendly and very helpful in recommending things to do! Deck overlooks national park and animals (deer, raccoons, armadillo) would play and graze above us. Mattress was SUPER comfortable and bathroom was large and good water pressure. All around perfect!"

"Our stay was mainly to have a relaxing weekend away from the everyday things at home we have to do. This condo was beautiful and we loved it. My favorite part was sitting on the patio with the firepit. The only negative I had was the countertops in the kitchen had a tacky feel to them. Maybe the cleaner used wasn't washed all the way off. Other then that it was a fantastic stay! "

"The place was so nice. Decorated so nicely with really with up to date appliances and furniture. Dont let outside entrance fool you. We loved the coffee bar and drinking coffee on the patio with wife. Covered patio was so peaceful with outdoor fireplace. Our mornings were spent there. Cottage is very very nice.
