"Absolutely Beautiful and Amazing - Lux* Grand Baie Review I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lux* Grand Baie with my pregnant wife and our 3-year-old toddler, and it was hands down the best holiday we've ever had. The resort is absolutely beautiful and amazing in every way. The staff at Lux* Grand Baie deserve special mention—they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We stayed on the ground floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Being able to walk out directly to the swimming pool and the beach was a fantastic convenience, especially with a toddler in tow. It added an extra layer of relaxation to our holiday. Although I booked room only, the hotel offered complementary food (in-room service) for my three-year-old, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Additionally, the resort offered several complementary excursions such as a glass bottom boat ride, snorkeling, and water skiing, among others. These activities added so much fun and adventure to our stay. The rooms were extremely spacious and beautifully designed, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment for our family. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay truly special. I would highly recommend Lux* Grand Baie. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or on your own, this resort offers an unparalleled experience. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location was fantastic, with a pristine beach just steps away. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.I don't have any major complaints. There was a minor issue where I was supposed to meet with the manager, Hareesh, before I left regarding a small issue I had. A message was left for him through another manager, but the meeting never occurred. I assume he was busy, so it's not a big deal.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
