There was unbelievably kind to us very professional. We had a problem with next-door neighbors last night with a child and also extremely loud talking by the woman on a telephone. Crystal understood the problem and totally gave us credit for our room and was very understanding and very kind. We always stay at Holiday Inn. We love staying at the Holiday Inn expresses and are so appreciative of how grateful we were treated by Crystal.
