"Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice."

"This is a very nice, clean, but basic budget motel. It is independently owned and run by a family, and they do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, comfortable and in good condition. "We stayed here on a short family trip to Sugarcreek. The facility is stunning. Beds are comfy, water pressure is excellent and hosts are very responsive. They even left a delicious snack for us. We LOVED the Homestead cabin. Its a great size for a family and we played the games they left for us which resulted in a lot of laughter. I highly reccomend staying here!"
