This welcoming and comfy house can welcome up to 6 people.

THE HOUSE

Located directly on the shore of Lac Brochet, in the heart of the Laurentides and only 15km away from the town of Mont-Tremblant, this charming house will appeal to you at first sight!

The user-friendly kitchen is fully equipped for your well-being during your stay. It includes pots and pans, a coffee machine, a toaster, utensils and everything you need to prepare good meals. It also includes all the necessary for a raclette or a fondue for a hearty, warm meal in the middle of winter.

Master bedrooms include a Queen bed, second room include a double bed. Both are dressed with new linens and comfy comforters.

The living room includes a 42 inches Smart TV and a Blue ray player with access to NETFLIX and YouTube. There is a Bose station as well to listen to you the music on your phone, tablet or computer. High speed Internet Fibre 120 mps.

A sofa bed for two additional people to sleep in is also present in the living room.

The bathroom includes a shower, a washing machine and a dryer.

A magnificent wood stove separates the living room from the dining room, free for you to use to warm up the atmosphere and put a smile on everyoneâ??s face during the cold winter evenings.
Lac Brochet is a superb lake where one can swim, kayak or fish. It is also possible to skate on the lake once it is fully frozen over in winter.

The location of this house is incredible!

You will be mere kilometers away from the famous Mont Tremblant and its snowy slopes and from the Baroux outfitter and its fishing lakes. And letâ??s not forget the many national parks offering multiple summer and winter activities! Not to mention you will be close to the Spa Scandinave, famous for its Nordic outdoor baths and it complete regimen of body care treatments, such as massages.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Great location, great stay
Very happy with the property as well as the location. We went skiing at Mont Tremblant and were only 10-15 minutes from the hill. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons appréciés notre petite vacance en amoureux,lit tres confortable,le chalet a tout ce que nous avons besoins, leau potable est fournie,ce n'était pas tres chaud le soir donc nous avons profité du poele a bois a deux faces,seul point negatif nous entendions bien le trafic de la 323 qui est la rue du chalet et le manque de fenetres qui ouvrent il doit faire chaud en été,belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac.je recommande sans problemes .

Great cottage on a nice small lake without any motorized watercraft. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. J-F responded quickly to emails and communicated well. Upgraded to high speed internet during our stay - which is great. Caution Re: steep driveway for low lying cars. Situated on a busy highway however cottage is set away from the road and has good privacy.

Great stay at a reasonable price
We were very pleased with our stay at Ma Chic Cabane. Jean-Francois was always available if we needed anything and was very accommodating. The cottage itself was clean and well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable time. The lake was gorgeous and the location is only 15min away from Mont. Tremblant, so close enough to experience all the tourist activities. Brebeuf is close by so we enjoyed the quaint town and its kind people. I recommend this location to those that are seeking a relaxing getaway. The only minor protip I would recommend would be to bring an extra fan if the weather is hot as the cabin retains heat into the evening hours. Other than that it exceeded my expectations and we would love to return in the future.

Great property 👌 beautiful waterfront. Not an easy driveway to get out of very steep and nerve wracking if you have dogs who run . Right on highway. But was close to kennel so we brought them there. Would stay again as an adult only retreat .

Absolutely gorgeous
Beautiful open concept, gorgeous inside. Exactly like the photos. 2 minor reasons it did not get 5 stars: 1. It's on the highway so you can hear the traffic. Not a big deal in the winter but in the summer it would be. 2. The firewood was wet so we had to find our own.

We had the best week at this little cabin. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is really beautiful and worth staying a little out of the way from the busy town and ski resort. We will definitely be visiting again!

Property review
We stayed at the Chic Cabane in March 2018. The location is quite good and the views are certainly beautiful. The cottage is located near a main road but far enough to be bothered by traffic noise. The access to ski resorts is convenient, about 25 min drive. The driveway is plowed in winter. The inside offers a spacious living and dining rooms, a good size kitchen, 2 small bedrooms (limited space for your luggage) and a very small bathroom (the tab/shower combination is very small, tab being 4 feet long and very narrow). The foyer was quite large which was perfect for our ski equipment. The glass closet door in one of the bedrooms was not working properly, we were unable to open in at all and considering the size of the room we had to keep our personal belongings in the adjacent dining room. The kitchen and bathroom need to be upgraded/remodeled. The backsplash in both places is either unfinished or broken, the appliances are rather outdated. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen do not open/close properly. This is rustic cottage, with beautiful views; it needs some upgrades/refinishes to be fully enjoyed.

Amazing Winter Vacation
My Fiance and I booked this Cabin for a week. The cabin is very close to skiing (mt tremblant) about 20 min drive. I love how it has 'in the middle of nowhere' feel, with tree and frozen lake views and forest across the lake.Everything was covered in snow around us, making scenery beautiful. The cabin has a pretty big deck,and a lake facing view. The cabin itself is just beautiful. Modern, clean, spacious, with a 'loft' feel to it. It seems pretty new and still has a smell of fresh wood inside(mmm). We felt right at home. It also has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and a full kitchen, and a beautiful wood table. 2 bedrooms with a hotel/loft feel to it with fresh, fluffy white pillows and duvet. The beds were very comfy. The cabin is quiet, and peaceful. The village is a close drive, if you need to go for shopping, the SAQ (liquor store) and cute little restaurants around. Jean Francois (the owner) was very sweet and responded very fast to emails.We had some issues with booking as we did it through a third party website (VRBO through Canada Stays) and he was patient enough to work it through with us and contacting the website employees. We were beyond pleased with the cabin and the host, and would definitely love to come back , and recommend friends and family . This was so far the best vacation getaway. Thanks JF!
