"Very good 1 night's stay in Salisbury on a Saturday night in March. It was the second time i had stayed at Sarum College, but the first time as a couple and in the large double en suite rooms. Very pleased with the size of the room, quality of the en suite bathroom and the cathedral view - towering over the inner courtyard. Very good cuoice at breakfast, good quality sausages in the cooked breakfast options and nice croissants. Would come again."

Unfortunately we had a bedroom at the front of the property so we’re on the busy road and right by the side of the railway station so very noisy. "I stayed in room #4 - on the top floor. It's quite quirky, but very charming. Everything was clean and tidy and excellent facilities. Be warned that it is a very old building with a slanted roof and slanting floors, but this is part of the appeal. The breakfast supplied in the room was excellent; high quality and lots of choice. The only drawbacks were the outside automatic (number keypad) lock was a bit finickity and took several tries to actually get in. Also, room #4 has a weird gap at the...

"Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. "

Bedroom was well furnished and clean as well as the very large bathroom which had both shower and bath. Small fridge in bedroom stocked with chilled water and milk and lots of supplies to make drinks. Very quiet area, peaceful sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast (continental), self-serve.
