"Le Royal was absolute perfection for our stay in Nice! We enjoyed our terrace and being on the Promenade. The room was large and comfortable, as well as the bath. Aline @ front desk was exceptional, even getting us a fan for the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nice. It was beautiful, quiet, very comfortable, and a wonderful location. "

"Amazing hotel. It is right in the Premenade des Anglais. Everything is walking distance from this hotel. Literally next door is the famous Negresco hotel on left and Westminster on right. Negresco is under remodeling right now. "

"Just stayed here for 3 nights and my fiancé and I absolutely loved the hotel! It was super spacious, with the bathroom seperate from the bedroom completely. Staff was so kind, and we had a water dispenser right outside our door that we loved. Honestly, the weather wasn’t great so we spent a lot of time in the room and loved it! "

"The location on the Promenade des Anglais is superb with easy access to all the city's wonderful attractions on foot (or by bus from the nearby "Promenade Congrès stop). My room on the 5th floor with a double balcony (albeit that at times it seemed just a wide ledge !) had sweeping and uninterrupted views of the Baie des Anges - perfect for watching the impressive firework display at the close of the Nice Carnaval. The room was spacious but could have had a more Mediterranean "feel" without the...

"La Villa Victor Hugo came to our rescue when our flight home was cancelled. Comfortable, friendly, well-located and wallet-friendly. Thank you so much. The only reason 4 not 5 stars is that though there was an ironing board in the room there was no iron. "

"Great central location and good value. Breakfast was nice, however sometimes when they are short staffed the hot buffet can take a while to be refilled. Prefer ceramic mugs over paper cups and a door to seal off the shower tray so water doesn't seep out when showering but all things l can live with. Comfortable and functional room / bathroom with power shower, would be nice however to have bit more storage space. Overall paid a good price so fair experience."
