"This was a magnificent place! Beautiful. Hosts are a wonderful family that invited us into their home. Amazing pool. Make sure to enter from the city. Google took us the long way in on a very tight, windy road. Avoid that. "

"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. "We had an amazing travel experience at this villa. Giuseppe, the owner, was great and responsive. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. "John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website. "Spent 10 days at the villa in late August '24. The weather was excellent and the location + pool was perfect for our family. The villa is well appointed with all mod cons but the boiler did break leaving us without hot water for 24 hours. No drama and the owners responded as quickly as possible to resolve this. The only other thing to note, and no fault of the owners, was the volume of bitey insects - horseflies, mozzies and large european wasps/hornets. These would bother you constantly ...

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....
