Fantastic Vacation
We stayed in the house for two weeks from the middle of August to the beginning of September 2022. We just loved it! The house and surroundings are as fabulous as described. Guido is a cordial host. The communication is uncomplicated. We hope to come back soon!

Beautifully relaxing with breathtaking views
We all really enjoyed our stay in Amelia . There was plenty of room for everyone (4 adults + 2 teens ) The house is well situated with breathtaking views from the pool which is large & well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped & the outdoor terrace perfect for evening meals . Guido our host was at hand with great recommendations & kindly left a welcome pack complete with all the essentials including- wine & prosciutto + wood for the BBQ . Amelia is a charming town & very close to the house (4km ). Overall we had a wonderful time, however if I had to suggest any improvements, I would ask that the underwater lights in the pool be workable so that we could have had a little night swim & also to have been made aware in advance that during the summer weeks the downstairs day- room & kitchen was unusable due to the high temperature in there . Entschleunigung und Entspannung pur
traumhafte Umgebung, Natur pur, fernab vom Tourismus. Ruhe, wunderschönes Städtchen. Der Vermieter, Guido war sehr nett und hat keine Fragen und Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Haus ist riesig. Alles da was man benötigt. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen, bei der Hitze. Durch die Lage in den Bergen ging immer ein Lüftchen. Die Aussicht vom Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist auch perfekt für 2 Familien, da der untere Teil im Prinzip eine eigene Wohnung ist. Im oberen Teil 1 Bad und 1 Schlafzimmer.
