"This place is a total disappointment. I found the owner had set up a bedroom for herself in what was meant to be the restaurant. She smokes the whole time. There are around 7 dogs mostly stray and w few old cats wondering around. Tired and dirty place. I would go elsewhere. Revolting"

"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "We are a group of 12 mature adults who stayed at the Property for 2 weeks, June 24th to July 8th. The area is rural and ideal for people wishing to experience the Real Umbria. We enjoyed walks on well marked routes to nearby villages as well as trips to the beautiful town of Amelia, Assisi, the Marmore waterfall and Oriveto.
