Very nice and sunny apartment on the sun terrace Amden

Beautiful, bright and sunny 2.5 room apartment with a living room and a bedroom on the 2nd Floor in a beautiful old village house from 1914 in a central location in the middle of the village of Amden. There is a kitchen with two seats. The bathroom is small but very well kept. The ceilings are 2m high in the apartment. Pet are allowed. Immediate proximity to the chair lift (5 minutes walk), swimming pool, public transport and shopping opportunities. In the basement there is the possibility to store and dry skis and ski boots. The Walensee can be reached in 8 minutes by car, by bus in 10 minutes. The buses run every half hour to the Arvenbühl chairlifts and the Walensee in the valley. A parking lot is available in 2 minutes walking distance.

Ringhörig mit Verkehr auf beiden Hausseiten
Trotz allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus genossen und der 3 Minuten entferne Sessellift ist auch toll. Schöne Spaziergänge und die Nähe zum Walensee war perfekt!

Herrliche Familienzeit in atemberaubender Umgebung
Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in einer mit Liebe eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. (Achtung: niedrige Deckenhöhe) In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken und bestaunen. Vom herrlichen Walensee bis hoch auf die Berge ist es einfach herrlich.

Sauber, fein und freundlich
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Örtchen Amden. Die Seilbahn ist in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Nach Weesen zum See sind es gerade mal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Weihnachten in Amden
Wir waren über Weihnachten in Amden. Die Begrüßung durch die Wirtsleute war sehr herzlich. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung der Heizung und wo das Auto in einem Parkhaus abzustellen ist, konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Es ist ein altes Haus mit Seele. Wir brauchten jedoch auf nichts zu verzichten. Der Haushalt ist komplett eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles da und sauber. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen. Nur eine kleine Empfehlung: Bitte die Beschreibungen der Wohnungen aufmerksam lesen. Alles zur Wohnung ist beschrieben, auch die Höhe. Ich hatte leider die Beschreibung nur unaufmerksam gelesen. Die Menschen waren früher noch etwas kleiner als wir heute sind. Wir können den Vermieter und die Lage sehr empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in Amden hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt sehr günstig mit Parkplatz, Sessellift, Einkaufs- und prima Wandermöglichkeiten sowie Hallenbad und Fußballplatz in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Gemütliche, großzügige FeWo mit toller Aussicht
Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einzig das sehr beengte Badezimmer und die Deckenhöhe (eher nur 1,90m statt 2m, wegen der Balken) waren ein kleines Manko. Positiv auch der kostenlose Tiefgaragenstellplatz während der Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Wir waren mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, wie auch die großzügige Couch im Wohnzimmer.

This is a breathtaking property. Rolling hills and turquoise lakes as far as the eye can see. Great communication with property owner. The only downfalls of this stay is the small bathroom and the fact that the upstairs neighbors can hear your every word. In fact, the upstairs neighbor came down one morning to let us know we were talking too loud (which was just regular conversation voices). All in all, this is a wonderful property. You won't be disappointed, but remember to just keep your voices to a whisper after dark.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Frühling
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit vielen süssen Details eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattete. Sie wurde schön saniert, so dass der ursprüngliche Charme erhalten blieb. Super Wohlfühlfaktor, wenn man nicht allzu gross ist, sollten die etwas niedrigeren Decken auch kein Problem sein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super!!! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Vierbeiner kam voll auf seine Kosten. Einkaufen ist super nah. Ausflüge (Schifffahren, Seilbahnfahren, Munggenweg, Seerenbachfälle…) sehr gut auch mit ÖV zu machen. Bus alle 30 Min. direkt vor dem Haus. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liegt mitten im Dorf Amden mit Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sesselbahn gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Aufgrund der niedrigen Decke müssen grössere Personen an einigen Stellen den Kopf einziehen.

Quiet and Comfortable Getaway in the Alps
The apartment is just as described and in the pictures, spacious - except for the bathroom - and we'll equipped. There was a glitch or two but they were addressed quickly and cheerfully. The restaurant just a few meters away was a pleasant surprise. We're very pleased and would return.
