"The hotel is extremely well situated in the town, colse to bus routes and 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Check-in was quick an straightforward My room was impeccably clean. Although on the ground floor and facing the street there was no noise. The staff were very present, helpful and polite. "

"The hotel is on a brilliant position opposite the bus station for transport from and to the airport. We couldnt have been any nearer. Also the Matabiau Rail Station is directly opposite the hotel. We utilised noth the bus and the train. The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was a good size as was the bathroom.a kettle and cooking facilites are provided in the room as well. The main town square was walkable in 10 minutes or so. We only stayed one night after a few days in Lourdes. If we were to stay in Toulouse again we would definitely use this hotel. "

"The only thing missing from this hotel was a refrigerator. There is so much to do around and near the hotel, and it is very convenient to the walkable parts of the city. Good location with metro and gar near enough, and the hotel was nice and clean and well organized. Desk staff can easily speak English but allowed me to check in and out in French so i could practice and were patient and clear which i appreciate. I would stay there again. "

"Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options. "
