"Nice hotel"

"We have been in Madagascar 3 weeks and Tropical Paradise Hotel is still our favorite hotel. It is a short tuk tuk ride from town and tuk tuks wait at the road. The staff is amazing, the restaurant is good and the rooms are comfortable except the bed. The only negative we have is that the mattress was thin and after 5 nights it got pretty uncomfortable. I wish I had asked the staff to change it though, because I bet they would have."

Our room and bathroom were fresh, clean, and spacious. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The owner suggested a great restaurant close to the port on Nosy Be where we could wait for our boat to Nosy Komba and arranged transportation. "Staff were amazing, really hospitable. Nothing too much trouble! Marcello ( Resort Manager) went above and beyond. Always about. Very personable. Gave his personal number when we got stuck in Antananarivo, calming and supportive. Highly recommend the Excursion team. Despite language barrier, they really tried to make sure we got what we wanted."

"The hotel is Bungalow type where can haves the private space to relax. However, night time I lost the way back to the room because it is like a maze and no name and number for each Bungalow except that the hotel is amazing."
