"Hotel is on the outskirts of the village in an industrial area. Large parking area. Reception lady was welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and have large, comfortable beds. Bathrooms are wet-rooms as found in many budget hotels but clean and good showers. Large Burger King, McDonalds next to hotel."

"Sadly the rainy day didn’t show place very well. However lovely setting. Bed was too soft and a bit tired. Room was in need of undating. Towels were very thin and small. I’m sure the pool and outdoor seating would be lovely on a sunny day. A little noise from the trains. Very French and tranquil. Lovely staff"

"We had the two teenage boys with us, so we're surprised to be put in a disabled room with disabled facilities (the bathroom resembled a hospital bathroom). The beds were not adequate with my husband who is 6'2 and myself having the two single beds, the boys refused to share the queen sized badly worn bed, therefore one of my sons slept on the floor. "the troglodyte inn was a highlight of our trip. It was charming and unique, like middle earth. I could request better signage to it. We biked there and finally a local women walked us there or we may never have found it."
