"The property is in an incredible location with breathtaking views. Even though it’s on a public beach, it still felt super exclusive and private. The staff were absolutely amazing at making us feel welcome and taking care of us. The hospitality was top-notch fromthe duty manager, to every single staff member, including the restaurant staff who went above and beyond to pamper us. One of the chefs, was incredible. They made dishes that weren’t even on the menu, and they tasted way better than anything I’ve ever had before. "This is a generally excellent hotel. No more on that need be said. You won't be disappointed. Except that the breakfast tea is terrible. There is just one thing that we noticed on our last day. Breakfast is from 7am, our taxi was a 0730, a fairly typical departure time with either a flight or busy day scheduled. So, any hotel guest who is there right on 7am is likely to be on a short timescale. The hotel should recognise this, and the staff should be aware. It felt like nobody was really interested in offering any service until it was too late. No shortage of politeness and smiles! - just glacially slow service until someone got the message and barked a few orders."
