"Absolutely NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS IN ROOM. Very limited ones available in all of hotel. Did not get the non smoking or size bed I booked. Will not be back. Service at the desk was being bombarded by another customer and did her best taking care of me."

"We got caught in the snow storm and ended up getting stuck in a ditch. The police came and picked us up and we came to Drury Inn. The hotel was fully booked so staff was super busy. They worked really hard and were very nice. I like how the hotel does an all you can eat dinner service with a drink card where you can get 3 free drinks. The next day we couldn’t find a ride on Uber or the police department to take us to get a rental. Aaron, I think that was his name, one of the staff members took us in his own vehicle to where we needed to get. He saved us!"
