"Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure."

"Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. "Very centrally located from all four direction in term of transportation, grand and spacious. Best in affordable with quality. The best part is breakfast place and breakfast itself. Value for money. I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night "

"Dont go by photos! the area around the property is terrible! There so much dirt around the hotel and it smells so bad! I booked it online for my parents and they charged me atleast twice as much as you would pay if you walked in to the hotel to get a room! The service and staff are of no help either! I just regret booking this for my old folks! Never booking this again!"

"I am super impressed with hotel staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Although the room specifically bathroom needs some uplifting, the staff made our stay very pleasant by changing our room. I would like to appreciate Adil and team from Restaurant for taking excellent care of our needs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicacies and love the freshly made tea."
