The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. "The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible "
