"Cette hotel est fermé. Nous nous sommes rivé sur une porte close. J'ai ete facture pour se service. J'ai discuté avec 2 personnes au service a la clientele le 25 septembre (dont Dalia) qui m'ont dit que je Hotel devrait me rembourser dans les 72 heures. Je n'ai toujours pas ete remboursé."

"It's a lovely place, but they really need to consider 'comfort' for the guest. The beds are really hard, you can feel and see the springs of the mattress. A real hard night's sleep! Nowhere in the hotel is there anything soft and comfortable to sit on! The restaurants have hard chairs, the deck chairs by the pool are all hard. So you leave with a sore backside and back problems! "We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here.
