Clean, Light, Centrally Located, Quiet Neighborhood

This light and airy home is perfect for families, business travelers, or those seeking a home base for an authentic Texas experience. The house has been fully renovated and features three bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds; a private master bath (with an oversized shower), and an additional full bath with tub and shower.

The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to cook meals; range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, plate, bar ware, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, teapot, mixer, toaster plus all the serving dishes and utensils you will need.

The living room has a big-screen TV with expanded cable, Netflix and Amazon Video, with wifi throughout the home. The utility room has a washer and dryer and is stocked with detergent, bleach and dryer sheets. Off the utility room is a single car garage.

There's a fenced backyard with a covered patio with a grill and two rocking patio chairs.

The space is decorated with Panhandle themed original artwork and prints. We also provide information on area highlights and attractions, as well as a book collection and periodicals showcasing the Panhandle area.

The house is outfitted with an electronic lock, which allows 24-hour check-in times. You will be assigned a customized code upon booking.

The management is available 24 hours a day. Contact information will be given to you upon booking. We're available to restock linens, fix maintenance issues, and are happy to advise you on area highlights

The house is located in a peaceful, well-maintained residential neighborhood.

Centrally located near I-27 with easy access to downtown Amarillo and Palo Duro Canyon, the home is close to shopping and a variety of restaurants.

We pride ourselves on keeping the house immaculately clean. We like to wash the linens ourselves to ensure that they are clean and comfortable.

We welcome children, but cannot guarantee that the house is child-proof for infants and toddlers.

We have a Pack N Play and high chair available upon request.

$50 cleaning fee. $200 refundable security deposit required. Small dogs considered on a case-by-case basis--$150 non-refundable deposit will apply.

Happy Thanksgiving
We've stayed here the last three years for Thanksgiving. It's a nice house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping. The house is always clean and the owner very accomodating.

True Amarillo Experience
We hadn't been back up to visit in over 25 years, and were not disappointed! The place is perfectly done inside and out, and the Cowboy style brought back what I loved about growing up in the panhandle. This will be where we stay every time we visit from now on.

The property was charming, clean, comfortable, well stocked, and just as advertised. It was perfect for our family of six. The hosts were communicative and left small age appropriate gifts for our young children. We will certainly look to stay here next time we come to Amarillo!

Well stocked home. Cozy furnishings, great location, and the best hosts ever. They were able to accommodate early check in and late check out. After we extended our stay they checked to make sure the house was still stocked with paper goods. Fabulous back yard for our service animal. We highly recommend checking out the cozy cowboy!

Super Clean
The Cozy Cowboy had everything we needed and was super clean! We enjoyed the decor which included a very cute Christmas tree. The kitchen had all the amenities needed and then some. Appreciated the prompt communication with the host. This is a definite place to keep in mind for future trips to the area.

The Cozy Cowboy
This property and Host get a 5 Star only because 6 or more is not available!! Property was extremely clean. Yard was well kept very comfortable home that is well located for access to almost anything in Amarillo, TX. Would highly recommend!!!

Cozy home away from home in Amarillo
We loved our stay at the Cozy Cowboy. The house really lives up to it’s name, is cozy. It was very comfortable and relaxing and had everything we needed. Coco was so good to deal with, she was very responsive to inquiries, and replied, very promptly. My wife and I highly recommend the Cozy cowboy. If you’re staying in Amarillo, whether it’s short-term or long-term, it will be a great place, feels like home.

Perfect in Amarillo
This is our second time staying here while visiting in Amarillo. The communication with Coco is excellent and they look out for you as their guest. This will always be our first choice of places to stay when in Amarillo. The location is perfect, right off I-27. It is also very quiet and the backyard is a great place to sit and unwind while you plan your next adventure for the day.

Very clean and decorated extremely cute! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Amarillo's features. Owner/manager was accommodating and even checked on us during an extreme weather warning. Will definitely be staying here again ! Excellent job Coco!
