"2 réservations de 2 chambres à 15j d’intervalle. Première réservation, aucune chambre de disponible sous prétexte que hôtels.com n’a pas transmis les informations. Finalement, après moultes discussion, on a eu une chambre pourri pour 3. 2 semaines plus tard, on revient et boum, on recommence. Une seule chambre de disponible.
