The apartment is located in the heart of Amalfi and within less than 5 minutes walking distance from the ferry and bus stop.
Casa Elisa is a charming, remodelled large studio apartment in the middle of the historic centre of Amalfi. It sleeps up to four people comfortably (one King-size bed and queen sleeper sofa). Casa Elisa is conveniently located in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods ("Piazza Spirito Santo") and is approximately 70 square meters or (754 square feet).
You are 25 steps, to be exact, from the bustling pedestrian district and only one minute from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops, banks, public transportation (bus and boat ports) and taxi service.
You will find yourselves entirely enchanted by all that Amalfi has to offer. In addition, there are beaches within walking distance from the apt. For most, you will not need a car to stay at "CASA ELISA"; however, if you have one, we will provide you with a private parking space for your convenience. Please note that the private parking garage has a fee, including the valet service.
CASA ELISA consists of the following:
Living area furnishings consist of a King size bed, one queen-size sofa pulls out; one flat-screen TV with Blu-ray disk player, one desk and chair; a large window which opens up to a small balcony; two built-in wall closets, a dresser with drawers, air conditioning/heating unit and WI-FI.
Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos.
The kitchen room eat-in style kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, a toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a six-person dining table.
Bathroom: full bathroom with small shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet.
Services included in the price: WI-FI connection, satellite television with cube vision Internet, mini bar, safety deposit box, cleaning upon departure, electricity, linens and towels.
FINAL CLEANING FEES
upon arrival, you must pay Euro 175 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card.
TOURIST TAX
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person daily; this fee must be paid in cash; credit cards will not be accepted.
PROOF OF ID
Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents.
LUGGAGE DROP
Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300.
A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage.
The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation.
LATE ARRIVAL FEE
If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day.

Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment.
CAR PARK
Finding a free car park in Amalfi is impossible, and hourly rates are expensive.
Note that the property is within the historic centre of Amalfi, and only residents can drive through; you will need to leave the car outside the historical centre and walk to the property.
For our customers, we have a private garage with 24-hour video surveillance with car collection and delivery service included at € 25.00 per day per car; €35.00 if it is an SUV. We will take care of your car, ensuring its availability whenever you need it by bringing it from the garage to the main square in Amalfi. The same happens on his return.
The service must be booked at least 5 days in advance as we cannot guarantee the availability of spaces for all requests.

LOCAL AGENT
Once in Italy, if you should need to, you can contact our local English-speaking representative, who is available during office hours for the whole duration of your holiday. One week before your arrival, you will be given the mobile number of the local agent, who can be contacted via Whats App, SMS or phone.
In the event of issues with the property, such as Wi-Fi interruption, a faulty washing machine or anything else that requires maintenance, we are not bound to provide a repair within 24 hours but within the necessary and fair time, considering the local availability of maintenance services which are not under our management. We are not a hotel or a B&B with 24/7 maintenance staff available.
Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory.
We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs.
