"The space is pretty small for 6-people room, way more smaller. It is like the smaller version of college dormitory. But it's sufficient if you're not in a hurry. Plus, its location is very close to Tenjin station. And considering the price, it's decent enough. The owner/staff (I've only seen one, not sure) of the hotel is responsive and nice. "If you want to have a bad hostel experience, this is it. They are currently under renovation so fascilities could improve. Staff was very friendly but apart from that the sheets smelled like body odor and sweat! I dont think they change the sheets! "Staff was very nice and friendly, offered to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. The curtains on the beds could have been better, they were really small amd gave about 40% privacy. The shower rooms and bathrooms were nice. I stayed over the weekday and it was very quiet and peaceful."

"A great experience for a hostel/ guest-house stay. The staff was very kind. The place was kept clean. And the decor was fitting, including tatami floors in the bunk room. The breakfast was just toast, with butter and/or marmalade, but in Japan, that's a great deal at this price. I was able to sleep in as much as I wanted, as long as I dealt with the sounds of cleaning and vacuuming over the noon hour(s). The only real negative is it's location.
