"Lovely quiet spot away from the crowds in Yufuin, excellent food and fantastic service. The hotel is older but has been maintained. The rooms are simple but clean, large and comfortable. "정갈한 음식과 완벽에 가까운 서비스. 그리고 친절한 스텝들의 접객에서 진정한 마음의 치유를 느낄수 있었습니다. 수십년간 여러 호텔과 료칸을 다녀왔지만, 작은부분의 세심한 배려를 느낄수 있는 숙소는 여기가 유일한것 같습니다. 가을과 겨울에 방문했었지만, 여름도 꽤나 좋을것 같습니다."

한적하고 힐링되는 아마가세
"직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감안하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다"
