"First the pros. Great location. Great views. Easy access to the beach. Nice condo complex that appears to be well run. This particular unit, however, could use a lot of updating. It needs need furniture, new mattresses, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and new wall coverings. That would bring it up to its price point."
