"We arrived late in the property since we came from the North (Bulacan) and travelled to the South. Good thing I was able to call the property and informed them that we'll be late. Please note, that the number in here isn't the updated one. The updated one I was able to find in their website. So please update the number here Hotels.com. As described the hotel was an ancestral home converted to a hotel. The room isn't new or modern, but it has a cozy and comfortable feel to it. I like that...

"It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. "

Hostel is about 15km from nearest town, so even the trike drivers don't know where to go The one's who know charge between 45 to 100 paseos per ride! Shower is cold water and flows poorly. "Nothing unique, don’t even provisions in the bathroom e.g hand soap, even tiny bottle of shampoo,, no phone, chairs to sit in the room. Hard to find considering there’s not even a good lighting in front of the building. Water in the aircondtion unit is leaking. Need a total upgrade. "

"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...
