"I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have always been pleased. It is in a great location, literally at the heart of the city. Courteous staff. Valet parking if you are using their parking lot for a modest fee. I would definitely stay again at this property."

"The view! Was excellent. The pool was heated and very clean. The hotel was at the very top of the mountain and friendly staff. Highly, highly recommended. I loved it "

"The gym is to small"

"The place is beautiful, we’re repeat guests but we had some issues. The room we were given was not as described. No wifi, no hot tub, couldn’t even use our phones, the TV wasn’t working. They did ultimately come through however and changed us to a better room in a different category (we had to pay a small difference). That said, once we were in the new room we were forgotten. Our room wasn’t cleaned, we didn’t receive turn down service. Ultimately we will likely return some day as we love the property. But our original thoughts on this place stand: they should discount stays when they’re preparing for weddings since all of their energy is focused on preparation for the event and it simply isn’t as pleasant a stay. Take this into consideration when booking. "
