"The hotel was within an easy direct walk from the train station, the old town square and the castle. Also close to several bridges to go across the river for interesting museums and sights there. Absolutely spoiled for choice on dining in the area. Also the Kazimierz has so much picturesque streets, squares and buildings. Shops for all needs were nearby, some open 24hrs. The staff at the hotel were all excellent and friendly. The lobby and rooms are very up to date, stylish and spotlessly clean. It’s as central as needed but conveniently tucked away to enjoy peace and quiet. If I return to Krakow I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Made a very memorable trip."

"Staff so nice, helpful, and friendly! Great location. Shower was amazing. Bed was a little hard and room was too warm for us, but we were on 1st floor, so didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open."

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip. Thank you for very much to the staff member on duty in the early week of November 2024! They went above and beyond in making sure that we were well cared for and comfortable! Thanks again!"

"Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!"

"Where to start? PURO Kraków Kazimierz is exceptional, blending stylish design with thoughtful details. The ambiance is just as beautiful as in the photos. I loved the free coffee and the range of vegan breakfast options. The location is great, the pick-up point for my Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tours was only five minutes away. It's a 25-minute walk to the old town and a short stroll to the charming Jewish Quarter - be sure to check out the nearby Sababa cocktail bar. It’s a perfect retreat from the more central tourist and shopping areas. The only downside of staying here is that you might be reluctant to leave and explore the city's attractions. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely book here again, but next time, I plan to allow more time in my itinerary to relax and enjoy the hotel. It deserves more time to be full experienced."
