"Our stay at the Amber Design Residence was lovely. The room was very clean, the staff were more than helpful and welcoming and the location was just right. It was close enough to walk down a couple of roads to get to the main square but far enough out that it remained quiet at night. The park that surrounds the Old Town was on our doorstep and made for a nice walk. The breakfast was not on site but only a couple of minutes walk to a cafe. This was excellent with an enjoyable vibe. The servings were of a good size and set you up for the day ahead. The cakes available were also the best we had in Krakow. Only thing we would say about the room was it was quite hot. I was given a remote by the reception staff to activate the air con which worked well but was too noisy to sleep through. My partner would've liked more coffee and milk in the room and we found that the bath towels were a bit on the short side. Minor things really for an otherwise lovely stay. We would recommend and would more than likely stay here again if we revisited Krakow in the future."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great location. We were approx 5min walk to the main square...it was simply a walk through the park. The staff were very helpful, even got ourselves a feee drink voucher to use at the bar. Also on the morning of our departure they had packed us a breakfast to takeaway as we had an early flight. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend "

"The hotel was a fabulous find converted from a palace with lots of history. The conversion is modern and sympathetic at the same time. Its location in Krakow old town is superb and convenient for sightseeing, close to all restaurants and bars."
