Services were excellent all staff was very friendly and efficient. Sandesh took very good care of us and provided exceptional hospitality. Manager Dharini Gouda helped us with Mysore sightseeing tips. He was like family to us. The coffee plantations and foggy mornings were so beautiful. Amazing experience! "

"Stay was peaceful. However, the food price, mainly the buffet lunch/ dinner is costing Rs. 2.5K per person. Any the hotel charges extra for room service (30% of the food order), which we felt was unfair."

"Nice clean rooms , good room service, staff is polite and helpful. Parking is little away wrt your luggage. Signage’s can be better as there are two Suvarnas at the same place - Regency and Comfort. With other establishments on the same plinth , we had to move around to actually get into Suvarna Comfort. But thereafter it was all good . "
