"My family (6 of us, all adults) spent a week at this lovely farmhouse in Tuscany. The host is amazing and made sure we are comfortable and nothing is missing, she gave us a great and educational olive oil and wine tasting, the property is wonderful with olive trees all around and a large pool to enjoy, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the location is perfect for day excursions to see much of what Tuscany had to offer. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had wonderful time exploring Tuscany and retreating back to this quaint Italian farm house in Montecarlo. We took day trips to Lucca, Pisa, and Florence. Our host Arianna offered us excellent recommendations on where to park and what to see… we were so thankful for the great advice. The farm house was very clean and very charming with the authentic Italian decor! The rooms are very spacious. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the en suites were very nice. We also spent time in Montecarlo, which is within walking distance but is up hill. There is also parking at the top. It was one of our favorite places! Great food, a few some shops, and surprisingly a good brewery! We loved the restaurant on site of the property and enjoined sampling and drinking the local wine! "

"We were a family group of 13 & felt the house met all our needs. Franco greeted us warmly and was on hand with lots of help. We loved the beautiful town of Montecarlo, a 20 minute walk away, where we enjoyed our first lunch together & several evenings. Spent an afternoon locally on a vineyard tour which was superb. The villa was brilliantly located for day trips into Lucca, Florence & Pizza. The pool was beautiful and relaxing & enjoyed by the whole group. It was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. "Very nice two bedroom terraced property, in off the beaten track wooded location. The highlight is the wonderful private garden with pool and mountain views. The charming town of Montecarlo is only a few minutes drive away. Francesco is a great host - making sure we were comfortable."

"This remodeled farmhouse in the countryside was a perfect place for our first night after Lucca. I was hiking the Via Francigena while my wife was driving. We had a wonderful bedroom and full use of the large "great room." The pool was fabulous. Down the hill we could see horses and other farm animals. The owners were friendly and helpful. Although we stayed only a night it would be a good place for a much longer period of time. We loved the rural feel and quiet. Thank you! "
