I certainly don't fault the operators, they are doing their best, but I would say that the chain could help out a bit more with the upkeep.
I've stayed here before, and so I didn't expect perfection.
The good: room was clean, and staff did their job. The bed was comfortable. The desk people were very nice and professional.
The not-good: no phone in the room, desk lamp listed at a scary angle and was a fire hazard, the TV/Cable reception was hazy, snowy and poor audio quality.
The room needs a serious renovation, in fact the hotel really does as a whole.
It's good if you are here to overnight or just to sleep.
