"A place that lived up to the pictures! The backyard was amazing. A great pool with a swim up bar, a beautiful fountain, plenty of space to relax and hang out with the iguanas. It was a very short walk to an isolated beach. The inside was spacious, a large kitchen, big dining and living rooms. Stu was a great host. I give this place my highest recommendation. "

"Absolutely gorgeous property! Photos do not do this beautiful place justice. Gorgeously appointed with every detail considered . This place is so beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy with great AC and water pressure to boot. Just a few minutes drive to everything in Rincón. The best view and sunning from a private sea-side vista. I would absolutely stay here next time!"

"We loved our stay. However , the breakfast left something to be desired. There was not anything to drink besides, water and coffee. The apples were rotten. "The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...
