The hospitality at Taj is what sets it apart. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel special and well taken care of. Whether it was arranging a private beach dinner, organizing personalized excursions, or simply remembering my preferences, their service was flawless. The spa and wellness center was another highlight. After a relaxing massage at the Jiva Spa, I felt completely rejuvenated. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was the perfect."

"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. "Loved our stay! Incredible facilities - great buffet for breakfast and dinner (menu changed every day), beautiful 15m pool for swimmers, clean & cool gym with big windows and new equipment. Staff was outstanding and worth special mention - wonderful in every way, every day (I couldn’t even isolate a specific person - quick & cheerful help was everywhere and they all cooperated and seemed to sincerely enjoy their workplace, teams and roles). We highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott in Colva and would definitely stay again on any future visits! "
