"Loved our stay just wish it could have been longer "

"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. I did enjoy the stay a bit pricey but I get it. "

"Nice hotel (well one of the few places to stay) so no choice. Far from town but next to McDonald’s. You can walk to town in 30 mins."

"Room for the first night was smaller and less comfortable what we paid for. We had to checkout after first night and check in again to final room. Personel does not speak English, long check in time. Besides that good views, close to the sea, comfortable beds."

"The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "

"I went to this hotel April 2014 excellent service, great location next to nature (forest and Beach) !! Rooms are some how small but very comfortable and full of amenities, however…. too many activities are offer so don't spend time in the room!"

"Excellent location, right in the city centre but on a side-street and not on the acutal shopping-street. We stayed in the annex, who was in direct connection with main-building, reception and two good steak-restaurants."
