"No elevator, no air conditioning, fake information about the room's and services. Not recommended for families. They didn't gave us the room that we booked. They gave it to others. All times they said the elevator will be operative in to hours, but never been operative. We had 10 bags to carry up and down the stairs in sixth floor."
