"Loved our stay! Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, eating out and sight seeing. I was with my daughter and having never stayed in a Hotel One before we were really impressed. The reception staff were friendly and as a room was available we could check in early which was great. The room was clean, functional, comfy and quiet at night. The only negative we could find wad that there was no rubbish bin in the room apart from in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue. We will be back."

"Mini break to visit family and have time to ourselves. The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to Blackpool. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit so much we stayed for another night."

"This was literally a last minute booking due to Brittania Hotel Manchester, which we had booked, falling through. Glad we made the change. Clean, modern, efficient and polite staff not hiding behind Perspex screens. A comfortable and clean room with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Easy checkout. Note that although room service menu says some items are available 24 hours per day, there is a gap between 21.30 and 23.00 of no room service....
