Die Ausstattung ist mehr als komplett, sehr angenehmes Ambiente, Voll Ausstattung inklusive Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. "Diese schlicht-modern-geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung (Ikea) bot alles, was wir zu Zweit brauchten – mit einer Ausnahme: Für Kleidung gibt es in der ganzen Wohnung nur drei Bügel an der Flurgarderobe. Aus einer früheren Bewertung war vor Anreise klar, dass es keinen Kleiderschrank gibt. Mit diesem Wissen konnten wir vor Ort jedoch gut zurechtkommen.
