"Great location in city center. Very clean always. 2 negatives. There is no elevator, of the 5 rooms only room 1 was on the ground floor. They should let people know about that. Only other thing is that in the shower stall there’s no where to put your soap and shampoo. You have to keep picking them up off the floor."

In ogni caso la recensione negativa è strettamente legata ad una esperienza successiva, in cui una prenotazione effettuata tramite sito è stata annullata per overbooking a causa della totale incompetenza del personale nel riuscire a gestire questo tipo di piattaforme di prenotazione. Il tono utilizzato dal gestore è sembrato del tutto inadeguato alla situazione e sembrava scaricare la colpa sul cliente intimandomi (con toni tutt'altro che gentili) di cancellare...

"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"It is just the perfect spot for people like us who love staying in the nature and away from the crowds. But still able to reach all you need with just a short drive. Simply perfect if you travel with your pet. The place has been renovated with a lot of charme. Still, stay away if on the contrary you like posh places and central position.
